This program targets any commercial/industrial member building a new facility, undergoing a major renovation, or replacing failed (end-of-life) equipment. The program offers prescriptive and custom rebates. Custom rebate is the lesser of 75% of the incremental cost or a buy down to a 1 year pay-back.

• Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
• HVAC equipment and controls
• Chillers
• Custom projects

• Detailed plan review
• Review of specific energy efficiency projects

• Educational programs and seminars
• Energy-efficient schools initiative
