No-cost Energy Efficiency Improvements

We help income-qualified members manage their energy use and lower energy costs by improving the energy efficiency of their homes.

Qualified members receive up to $8,000 in services, including customized energy audit report.

Eligibility is based on gross income and household size. Program available for members living in apartments or homes, rented or owned. 

Services included, but not limited to:

• Air sealing
• Insulation
• Programmable thermostats
• Hot water saving measures
• Lighting upgrades
• Health and safety measures
• End of life heating systems as recommended by auditor
