NHEC is offering incentives for conversion of existing heating systems in NHEC service territory.

• Geothermal Heat Pump - Efficiencies up to 400%. Incentives are based on 35% of installation costs up to $ 10,000 which includes all mechanical and distribution equipment as well as Geothermal well drilling and upgrades.
  
  
• High Efficiency & Hybrid Heat Pumps - Provides energy efficient heating and cooling during shoulder heating months and summer. Incentives of 35% up to $2,000 for equipment with a SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating) of 16 or higher, and a HSPF efficiency of 9 or higher. Either all electric or fossil fuel combination units qualify.
