Dena Lee DeLucca, Vice President of Corporate Services Work Experience Ms. DeLucca joined the Cooperative in the spring of 1998 after 13 years of government service, including positions with the Governor’s Office of Energy and Community Services as well as the Governor’s Office of Emergency Management. She has over 25 years experience in nonprofit board governance, business operations and government/regulatory relations. As Vice President of Corporate Services for the NH Electric Cooperative, Dena is responsible for safety, facilities, information technology, information security, metering, PR and strategic marketing functions. Dena has a Master’s of Business Administration from Southern NH University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Franklin Pierce College. She is active in the community as a volunteer for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of NH and member of the White Mountain Gateway Economic Development Council. She is the Past President of the Northeast Association of Electric Cooperatives and previously served as a Board Member for the American Red Cross Granite Chapter, as Secretary on the Southern NH University Alumni Board of Directors, Past President of the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce, Past President for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of NH, was a principal member of the SEE Action Utility Motivation & Energy Efficiency Working Group and served as a New Hampshire Trustee of the Big E for 10 years. Dena is a 2003 Leadership NH Graduate.
