There’s a new electronic payment tool for Co-op members and it’s called SmartHub.

With SmartHub, you can manage all aspects of your NHEC account on your computer, smart phone or tablet. SmartHub has replaced the EBill online payment system.

With SmartHub you can:

  • Pay your bill
  • Set Recurring Payments
  • View billing history
  • Receive text or email alerts
  • Connect with NHEC on social media

For the first time, manage your NHEC account anywhere, anytime using your mobile device. The SmartHub app is available FREE for your iOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod) or Android device. Simply look for SmartHub in the Apple Store® or in the Android® Market, or scan the QR codes below…

Computers

SmartHub can still be used on your desktop or laptop computer. The log-in process has not changed.

  • Visit www.nhec.com
  • Click SECURE LOGIN link
  • Enter user name and password

If you’ve used our EBill or previous electronic payment options, SmartHub will automatically recognize your existing user name and password. You do not need to change your user name or password.
