Ways to Save

Small Steps.
Big Savings.

You don’t have to spend a lot of money, or change your lifestyle, to save energy and help the environment. When we all take small steps together we can make big strides towards a better energy future.

Savings on Brand Name Appliances

New appliances are not only filled with new features and technology, they can also help you save big in the long run.   ENERGY STAR ® certified appliances use 10 to 50 percent less energy than standard appliances. NHEC has rebates available to help with the purchase of new efficient models from all manufacturers.

Heat Pumps

Savings on Home Heating and Cooling

Heat pumps are 300% more efficient than traditional heating systems.  High efficiency, cold weather heat pumps can keep you warm throughout New Hampshire’s harsh winters and cool during our muggy summers. We have rebates available to help with the cost and knowledge to answer your questions.

Use 30% Less Energy In New Homes

Whether you are renovating your house, or building a new one, an ENERGY STAR home can reduce energy costs and increase quality, comfort, and value. We work with certified contractors across New Hampshire and provide incentives to maximize efficiency and comfort.

Electric Vehicles

Install Charging Stations at Your Business

With more electric vehicles on the road, charging stations are a great way to connect with new customers. Consider installing a charging station and put your business on the map.  Not only are they good for the environment, they are good for business too! NHEC has rebates available to help your business tap into this growing market.
