Applying for a Grant

The New Hampshire Electric Co-op (NHEC) Foundation has resumed accepting grant applications while it continues to conduct a strategic review of the foundation and its giving priorities. Until further notice, our giving priorities will remain the same as they have been.

We will accept grant applications through March 1, 2026.

Do you have a project that promotes health, education, arts, or social well-being?

The NHEC Foundation awards grants to New Hampshire non-profit organizations whose projects align with our charitable priorities. Grant amounts typically range from $500 to $10,000 and must benefit NHEC’s service area or its members.

Program/Project Budget (specific to grant request)
Board of Trustee Listing (including names, towns, email addresses, and company affiliations if applicable)
IRS Tax Determination Letter
Financial Statement (most recent fiscal year’s 990 filing preferred)
