Laurel Boivin
Board MemberLaurel Boivin brings more than 30 years of experience working at the intersection of energy, environmental policy, public affairs, and community engagement. Her professional background includes roles with Public Service of New Hampshire and Northeast Utilities, now Eversource, where she worked in environmental compliance, regulatory affairs, electric generation, corporate communications, customer operations, and community relations. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with utility professionals, regulators, municipal leaders, legislators, emergency responders, and community stakeholders to address complex issues involving infrastructure, reliability, environmental stewardship, and public policy. Today, Laurel is a leadership coach, speaker, podcaster, and small business owner. As founder of Flux + Flow Professional Coaching, she provides coaching, facilitation, workshops, and leadership development services to businesses, teams, and individuals.
Laurel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Paralegal Studies with a minor in Political Science from Rivier University and a Professional Coaching Certificate from the University of New Hampshire.
A lifelong New Hampshire resident, Laurel has served on numerous nonprofit and professional organization boards and committees. Currently, she is a member of the Board of Directors of the New England Women in Energy and Environment (NEWIEE), where she also serves as Co-Chair of the New Hampshire Chapter and Membership Committee, and as a mentor.
