On July 22, 2025, Liberty Utilities (Granite State Electric) Corp., d/b/a Liberty (Liberty) and New Hampshire Electric Cooperative, Inc. (NHEC) filed a joint petition to alter their franchise areas in the Towns of Langdon and Charlestown.
