Michael is currently serving as the President & CEO of the Co-op. Prior to his current role, Michael led the activities of the Engineering and Operations divisions to provide safe, reliable, and cost-effective electric service to NHEC members. Michael joined NHEC in 2020 as Manager of Engineering and was promoted to Vice President of Engineering & Operations in 2023. In 2021, he was named a Co-op Rising Star, one of 20 young professionals recognized nationwide by the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Hartford with a B.S. in Electric Engineering and from Southern New Hampshire University with a M.S. in Corporate Finance. Michael holds his professional engineering license in the state of New Hampshire.
