Thomas Mongeon, Vice Chair
Tom is the Executive Director/CEO of the Executive Service Corps, a nonprofit comprising 38 volunteer senior executives and professionals who donate their business expertise to help other nonprofits. He is also an adjunct graduate professor teaching organizational leadership and change in the Masters in Computer Information Systems program at New England College. A former Fortune 100 executive, Tom has led diverse teams of professionals, built organizations and managed highly complex projects for corporations including GE, Honeywell, United Technologies, the World’s largest distributor of semiconductors and ISO New England – New England’s regional transmission (electrical grid) operator. He also worked in the distribution engineering department of an electric utility and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Electrical Power in New Hampshire.
Tom earned a master’s degree in Engineering Management (the engineer’s MBA) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering; both from Western New England College. He participates in continuing education courses to maintain his license as a Professional Engineer in Electrical Power.
Tom’s nonprofit and community service began over 30 years ago and has ranged from volunteer to Board Director and Vice President. He is an outdoorsman with a lifelong commitment to our environment, to New Hampshire, and to community service.
