Alyssa Clemsen Roberts President & CEO Alyssa came to NHEC in 2022 from Colorado, where she served as CEO of the Delta-Montrose Electric Association (DMEA), and President of DMEA’s wholly-owned for-profit fiber internet subsidiary, Elevate. Prior to joining DMEA and Elevate, Clemsen Roberts served as the Chief Strategy Officer at Platte River Power Authority in Fort Collins, CO, where she led Platte River’s government relations and community engagement activities, energy efficiency and distributed resource programs, internal and external communications, human resources and safety. She served four years in the United States Navy and graduated summa cum laude from Park University with a B.S. in business management. LinkedIn James Bakas Chief Operating Officer (COO) Jim joined NHEC in 2002 after ten years of service with NSTAR Electric and Gas/Boston Edison Company where he progressed from a Customer Service Engineer to Manager of Account Support providing solutions to the Key Account Community in the form of product and service offerings. Jim first began at NHEC as the Operations Manager of the Energy Solutions Division where he was responsible for managing the development and delivery of products and services to the membership across all market segments as well as developing and implementing a successful Key Account Program. Before being named Chief Operating Officer in 2022, Jim served as Vice President of Operations & Engineering and most recently as Acting General Manager. Brian Callnan Vice President of Power Resources & Access Brian Callnan is Vice President of Power Resources and Access for New Hampshire Electric Cooperative. He joined NHEC in 2017 as its Director of Power Resources and Access. Brian assumed his current position at NHEC in 2019 and is responsible for managing the cooperative’s power resource portfolio strategy. Craig Snow Vice President of Energy Solutions Craig Snow joined New Hampshire Electric Cooperative (NHEC) in April of 2009 after 10 years of service as Operational Vice President of Facilities at J. Jill Group Inc. where he was responsible for the construction and ongoing operation of over 600,000 square feet of commercial space including their state of the art distribution facility located in Tilton, NH and their corporate offices located in Quincy, MA. He has over 30 years’ combined experience in project management, construction management, facilities management, and implementing energy efficient solutions at commercial facilities throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Stephen E. Kaminski Power Planning and Policy Advisor After graduating from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1974, Steve went to work as an electrical engineer with the U.S.D.A. Rural Electrification Administration in Washington, D.C. In 1981 he joined New Hampshire Electric Cooperative (NHEC), advancing through several positions to the role of VP of Power Resources and Access. Geoffrey Ziminsky Vice President of Technology and Business Services/CIO Geoffrey Ziminsky is the Vice President of Technology and Business Services/CIO at New Hampshire Electric Cooperative (NHEC). Geoff joined NHEC in January of 2019. Prior to January, Geoff worked for NHEC as a consultant leading the IT department and helping define a transformational IT strategic plan. Geoff is responsible for the Information Technology systems, including the areas of Project Management, IT Security, IT Networking and Telecommunications.
