Brenda Inman

Vice President of Financial Services/CFO

Brenda Inman is the Vice President of Financial Services/CFO at New Hampshire Electric Cooperative (NHEC). Brenda joined NHEC in 1982 as an accountant and before being promoted to the position of Financial Services Manager in 2004.

Steven Camerino

President/Chief Executive Officer

Steve Camerino is President and Chief Executive Officer of New Hampshire Electric Cooperative. Before joining NHEC, Steve was a shareholder and director of McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton, P.A., a regional New England law firm based in New Hampshire, where he worked for over thirty years.

Judy Gove

Vice President of Member Services & Community Relations

Judy Gove is the Vice President of Business and Government Relations at New Hampshire Electric Cooperative (NHEC). Judy joined NHEC in1989 and has held various positions in economic development, community relations, and member relations. From 2006 to 2010 she also served as the Executive Director for the NHEC Foundation.

Craig Snow

Vice President of Energy Solutions

Craig Snow joined New Hampshire Electric Cooperative (NHEC) in April of 2009 after 10 years of service as Operational Vice President of Facilities at J. Jill Group Inc. where he was responsible for the construction and ongoing operation of over 600,000 square feet of commercial space including their state of the art distribution facility located in Tilton, NH and their corporate offices located in Quincy, MA. He has over 30 years’ combined experience in project management, construction management, facilities management, and implementing energy efficient solutions at commercial facilities throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

James Bakas

Vice President of Operations & Engineering

Jim joined NHEC in 2002 after ten years of service with NSTAR Electric and Gas/Boston Edison Company where he progressed from a Customer Service Engineer to Manager of Account Support providing solutions to the Key Account Community in the form of product and service offerings. Jim first began at NHEC as the Operations Manager of the Energy Solutions Division where he was responsible for managing the development and delivery of products and services to the membership across all market segments as well as developing and implementing a successful Key Account Program.

Dena Lee DeLucca

Vice President of Corporate Services

Ms. DeLucca joined the Cooperative in the spring of 1998 after 13 years of government service, including positions with the Governor’s Office of Energy and Community Services as well as the Governor’s Office of Emergency Management.   She has over 25 years experience in nonprofit board governance, business operations and government/regulatory relations.

Stephen E. Kaminski

Vice President of Power Resources and Access

After graduating from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1974, Steve went to work as an electrical engineer with the U.S.D.A. Rural Electrification Administration in Washington, D.C.  In 1981 he joined New Hampshire Electric Cooperative (NHEC), advancing through several positions to his present role as VP of Power Resources and Access. He is responsible for NHEC’s procurement and management of the NHEC’s wholesale energy, capacity, and renewable certificates portfolios for the “Co-op Power” option that NHEC offers to its 80,000 consumer-members. He is also responsible for transmission service arrangements needed to deliver Co-op Power, as well as electricity NHEC’s members may purchase from state-registered competitive retail suppliers, to NHEC’s electric distribution system.
