In its order, the Commission noted it would issue a separate order on the petition to intervene filed by LISTEN Community Services (LISTEN). In this order, the Commission convenes an adjudicative proceeding in this matter, grants LISTEN’s petition to intervene, and sets a prehearing conference for August 8, 2023.
